Any Device. Zero Corporate Data on It.

Contractors, seasonal staff, partners and employees on personal devices need access to real work, but enrolling devices you don't own is slow, intrusive and never complete. Fortified360 streams the work to the device instead of putting the work on it. Users sign in from a browser; the data never leaves the isolation workspace. No MDM. No agent. Nothing to wipe.

The Problem

Unmanaged devices are where policy stops and data leaks.

Most organizations already depend on devices they don't control. The usual answers (full device enrollment, VPN access or a blanket ban) either invade privacy, leave data behind or get ignored.

MDM on personal devices meets resistance

Employees and contractors push back on enrolling their own phones and laptops. Enrollment stalls, exceptions pile up and coverage is never complete.

VPN puts unknown devices on your network

A VPN connects an unmanaged, possibly infected device straight to internal systems. Whatever is on that device becomes your problem the moment it connects.

Data stays behind after people leave

Files synced, downloaded or cached on a personal device stay there when the contract ends. Offboarding can't reach what you don't own.

How It Works

The work is streamed to the device, never stored on it.

Users open a browser and sign in. Fortified360 checks identity, applies the policy for their role and streams an isolated workspace. The device displays pixels; it never receives the files, the applications or the data.

  1. User signs in from any browser

Personal laptop, tablet or Chromebook. No install, no enrollment, no VPN client.

  2. Identity and policy are applied

MFA, role-based access and per-session controls decide which apps and data this person can reach.

  3. The workspace streams as pixels

Apps run inside an isolated container. Copy, download, print and upload follow the role policy.

  4. Log out and nothing remains

The session is destroyed. There is no local copy to recover, wipe or chase after offboarding.

Capabilities

Everything BYOD needs. Nothing installed on the device.

Browser-only access

Works from any modern browser. No agent, no plugin and no MDM profile on the personal device.

Per-role data controls

Clipboard, downloads, uploads and printing governed per user, per role and per session.

Identity watermarking

Every screen carries the user's identity and a timestamp, discouraging photos and screenshots of sensitive data.

Full session recording

Activity is recorded and replayable for audit, investigation and dispute resolution.

Instant offboarding

Disable the account and access ends everywhere at once. There is nothing on the device to retrieve.

Privacy for the device owner

The organization never manages, scans or wipes the personal device. Work and personal stay separate.

Devices Supported

If it runs a modern browser, it can be a work device.

Fortified360 does not care who owns the hardware. The same isolated workspace, policies and audit trail apply on every device.

Windows and Mac laptops

Personal and contractor-owned, any recent version

Chromebooks

Low-cost, quick-to-issue devices for seasonal staff

iPad and Android tablets

Field teams, clinicians and frontline workers

Smartphones

Quick approvals and lookups from anywhere

Thin clients and kiosks

Shared stations with nothing stored locally

When to Deploy

Six situations where BYOD stops being a risk.

Contractors and consultants

Give outside teams access to exactly the apps they need for the length of the engagement, then switch it off.

Seasonal and temporary staff

Onboard short-term workers on their own devices or low-cost Chromebooks in days, not weeks.

Mergers and acquisitions

Give the acquired company's people access to your systems on day one, before any device or network is integrated.

Remote and hybrid employees

Let employees work from personal devices at home without syncing corporate files to them.

Partners and suppliers

Share a controlled workspace with third parties instead of emailing files or opening network access.

Lost or stolen devices

A missing personal device holds no corporate data. Revoke the session and the incident is closed.

The Difference

Managing devices chases control. Isolation makes the device irrelevant.

Traditional BYOD tries to control hardware the organization doesn't own. Fortified360 moves the work off the device, so ownership no longer matters.

Traditional Approach

MDM, VPN and device compliance checks

  • Requires enrolling devices users own and resist managing
  • VPN connects unmanaged devices to internal networks
  • Files sync, cache and download to the personal device
  • Offboarding depends on a remote wipe that may never run
  • Privacy concerns slow adoption and create exceptions
  • Each device type needs its own tools and policies

Fortified360 BYOD Enablement

Work is streamed, never stored

  • No enrollment, no agent: sign in from a browser
  • Devices never join the network; they receive pixels only
  • No corporate files ever land on the device
  • Offboarding is instant: disable the account
  • The personal device stays private and untouched
  • One policy and one audit trail across every device
