Scheduling a conversation
This website does not include a contact form. Meetings are booked through the scheduling calendar on our Contact page, which is provided by our scheduling service. When you book, you provide the details the calendar asks for, such as your name, email and a short note, so we can arrange and prepare for the meeting. The calendar is loaded from our scheduling provider and is subject to its own privacy terms.
Email and phone
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message, so we can answer your request, arrange a conversation, provide support and prepare requested work.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to a request, take steps before a potential engagement and communicate about services you ask about. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated advertising.
Retention
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and maintain necessary business records, unless a longer period is required for an active relationship or a legal obligation.
Service providers
Website hosting, email and scheduling providers may process technical or message data as service providers acting on our instructions. We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers on this website.
Optional Google Maps content
The Contact page offers an embedded Google Maps view. It is not loaded until you choose to allow optional content, because loading it may share technical information with Google. You can use the directions link without loading the embedded map. Google processes information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local preferences
Fortified360 does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies on this website. The site stores your optional content choice locally in your browser so the banner does not appear on every visit. This preference is not sent to Fortified360. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email info@fortified360.net.
